These Terms govern your access to and use of trustadvisory.info and Ask TRA (together, the "Platform"). The Platform is a service of TRA Research, and its credits, payments and billing are operated by Mustard Communications Private Limited (the "Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, buying credits or using Ask TRA, you agree to these Terms.
TRA Research publishes the Brand Trust Report and the Most Desired Brands rankings. Ask TRA lets you look up those published ranks, categories and movements. Answers are generated from the published rankings and are for information only. They are not investment, financial or business advice, and they say nothing about share prices, valuations or returns.
You confirm your email to create an account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your access to your email secure. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service or to breach these Terms.
Ask TRA runs on credits. Some answers are free. A paid answer shows its credit cost before you use it, and the cost depends on the size of the question. Every new account receives 2,000 Ask TRA credits free, once. Credits are valid for 12 months from the day they are added, are used oldest first, and are not money: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for a subscription.
Credit packs are paid through Razorpay by UPI, card or net banking. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. A GST invoice is issued by Mustard Communications Private Limited to your account email. Nothing is charged to any card or bank account automatically; every pack is a payment you make yourself, and no auto-debit mandate is created.
Ask TRA is a fully digital service. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges. Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.
The Brand Trust Report, the Most Desired Brands rankings and all related data, marks and content are the property of TRA Research and its licensors. You may use Ask TRA answers for your own reference. You may not scrape, resell or redistribute the rankings or build a competing database from them.
Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the Platform, to access another person's account, or to use the service for anything unlawful. We may rate-limit or block use that threatens the service.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of an Ask TRA answer. Our total liability for any claim relating to credits is limited to the amount you paid for the credits in question.
We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
